Hybrid search
Hybrid search: Retrieval that combines lexical and semantic rankings to exploit exact matches and meaning similarity. Scores can be fused with weights, rank fusion or a subsequent reranker. The combination must be evaluated on real queries because different normalizations can favor one channel.
